There are some ingredients you discover. And there are some that have been with you since before you had language.
For me, it’s the Long Table Vision.
A wooden table stretched wider than memory. Golden twinkling lights hanging like blessings overhead. Bread being torn. Wine being poured. People — laughing, talking, leaning in. Warmth that feels ancient and familiar. A life where no one eats alone.
I’ve seen this vision my entire life. Long before I understood longing. Long before I understood loneliness. Long before life handed me its opposite.
Because my lived reality was:
Empty tables. Silent meals. Isolation saturated into the walls. Conversations that never happened. Support that never arrived. A life carried alone — too alone, for too long.
But now I understand:
That vision wasn’t a fantasy. It was prophecy. A preview from the soul. A memory from a timeline where I was held, connected, supported, surrounded by people who saw me — and stayed.
I did not imagine it. I remembered it.
And the remembering changes everything.
Because it means my soul came into this lifetime already knowing:
I was not meant to do life alone. I was not meant to be the entire infrastructure. I was not meant to carry the world with no hands holding me back. I was not meant to homestead, heal, or rise without community.
My Ingredient List deepens today with the Long Table Vision.
It becomes an instruction:
Every decision must move me closer to the table —to connection, support, shared life —and further away from isolation, survival, and carrying everything alone.
It becomes a boundary:
If it requires me to live in emotional isolation, it is not my path.
It becomes a compass:
Walk toward the people who feel like warmth, laughter, bread, and light.
Because the table is real. The future is real. The community is real. The woman at the head of the table —lit from within and surrounded by people who love her —she is real.
She is me. She is who I’ve been becoming all along.
My Ingredient List just finally caught up to her.
And now I ask you…✨ What vision has been sitting inside you your whole life —quietly waiting for you to admit it’s not a fantasy, but a map?
And are you willing to let that vision become an ingredient in your next chapter?
