THE ONE WHO WALKED THROUGH THE FIRE
AND RETURNED WITH A MAP
When everything fell apart, I realized something:
I wasn’t breaking — I was being rerouted.
Every ingredient of my life became a coordinate.
Your Ingredient List becomes your navigation system.
“Shame dissolves the second you realize the thing you thought destroyed you was actually the thing that delivered you.”

I didn’t build this movement from a place of perfection.
I built it from a place of collapse.
From the ashes of a life I thought I failed at.
From the reckoning I didn’t see coming.
From the eviction — internal and external — that stripped away everything except truth.
This is not a brand.
This is the map that saved my life.

THE BREAKING
As everything burned away, something else emerged — clarity.
A knowing.
A map.
I began to see my story differently:
-
heartbreak as instruction
-
betrayal as exposure
-
endings as redirection
-
failure as the doorway
-
collapse as the clearing
Every moment I thought broke me
was actually delivering me.
That’s when I realized:
You were never broken.
You were being decoded.
And that’s when My Ingredient List™ was born.

THE REVELATION
There was a moment everything shattered — the roles, the identities, the expectations, the illusions I gripped onto for far too long.
The breaking wasn’t clean.
It wasn’t poetic.
It was raw.
It was humiliating.
It was holy.
What felt like destruction was actually initiation.
The eviction wasn’t punishment.
It was direction.
A divine dismantling of everything that was never meant to hold me.

THE MISSION
This movement exists to show women the truth inside their own stories.
This is not self-help.
This is not “be positive.”
This is not spiritual bypassing.
This is story reclamation.
A way for women to finally understand:
-
why the breaking happened
-
why the patterns repeated
-
why the relationships collapsed
-
why the redirections were violent
-
and why the rise feels so personal
I didn’t create this work.
I lived it.
And now I teach it.

WHO I AM
I am a woman who has lived many lives:
mother, grandmother, executive, caretaker, nomad, survivor, mystic, builder, wanderer.
I have walked out of rooms I wasn’t meant to shrink in.
I have left behind identities that demanded my silence.
I have rebuilt myself in deserts, parking lots, forests, and quiet rooms where no one clapped.
I know what it means to lose everything.
I know what it means to rise anyway.
And I know what it means to finally say:
“I just am.”

If you’re ready to understand your story…
If you feel the reckoning rising in your chest…
If you know something is ending because something new is calling…
